How to purchase tickets via the fanclub

How do i purchase tickets via the fanclub....

1.  you must be a member click here http://heart-music.com/membership/MembershipDetails.asp

2.  at noon pacific time (important to pay attention to the time zone)
click on http://www.heart-music.com/logon/logon.asp?redirecturl=/membership/myaccount.asp?

then enter your user name and password

then click on tickets

a pop up window will appear - re-enter your user name and password...

then purchase the tickets you would like.
